about the program

In 2023, we launched our first Bond Markets & Racial Equity program and framework, with the support of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, and selected a cohort of 8 government issuers. The 2024 program will bring together a second cohort of government leaders who want to enhance how they center racial equity in a bond issuance, or in their public  finance decisions to receive free technical assistance, led by PFM and the National League of Cities.  Explore the program benefits below and in our 2024 Program Book.

If you have questions, contact us, or register to join one of our information sessions below, and apply for the program at this link by May 10, 2024.
